Navy mk.13 rifle

Was wondering if anyone could give me some good specs on this rifle. I know they are using Stiller's Precision actions and aics chassis, but don't know anything else. I am interested in building one if I could. I would like to know what barrel, trigger assembly, etc.

Thanks for the links guys! I already did a search but must not have been searching for the right things. All I found was an article on stiller's precision being the ones who were supplying the navy with actions and also a Wikipedia file on the rifle but it didn't have specifics.
