Name calling and blame shifting at its finest; sadly, it’s working with their willfully ignorant voting base. I’m definitely very conservative, but I’m about as far away from a nazi as one could be and I don’t appreciate democrats labeling me as one.

You just linked mass killings by communists. Fascist, communist, socialist all bad but all different. The guy even starts the video out with he will stand corrected. It is his view of how a part of socialism pertains to the Nazi Party. The only thing socialist about the Nazis was you get special treatment based on your specific race.

They were full on Socialists, just their idea was that only one specific ethnicity mattered and all the rest were trash.
The rest of the humans were not worthy of the glorious socialist utopia... kind of sound familiar??

Make no mistake about it, in their domestic policies they were hardline Socialists wanting top-down government control of everything just like all good socialists, they just called their gulags "Concentration Camps", but it was the same idea if you look at Stalin or Mao or many others, send the undesirables off to be worked to death.

Even if the Nazis were right wing 80 years ago in Germany, it doesn't really say much about right wing Americans in 2021. The last I checked, people can form a dangerous religious zealotry around anything and do horrible shit on it's behalf. Right now, it looks like the recipe for Nazis is brewing on the left and it's disturbing how many don't think it can happen here. Fun fact: Many other countries beat Hitler to the whole eugenics thing, including the US. In the 20's it was regarded by many to be the "progressive" thing to do and luckily our forced sterilization programs aren't what we're known for today, unlike the National Socialists of Germany.
 
Nazis were a whole different animal. They were ultra-nationalists, socialists and tyrants. They would have the Reich rule the world and would have executed all non-Germanic people, after they were burned out from slavery and torture. Stalin killed more than Hitler, but he didn't have his sights set on the world. It's always been fascinating to me how the Nazi's blamed Jews for the consequences of German imperialism.

They started as National Socialists which ironically, is a much more respected format than what most of Europe currently is, as they are full on socialist, yet nationalism is deemed as racist.

Overall, not horrible depending on how the socialism is 'managed' and what type of government representation you actually have. Not saying I want any of this shit, but, its not the worst thing either.

At some point this boiled over into full blown fascism, which is much different and much worse in every way. The thing is, most people look at Nazi Germany as national socialists yet then reference all of the aspects of fascism and think they are the same thing/related.

After WW1 for a short time Germany was a republic, with a constitution and a parliament until 1933. Hitler turned it in to a Socialist Dictatorship and started a war with everyone... meth is a hell of a drug.

Nazis did not only kill Jews.

Anything to the right of the extreme left; totalitarian communism is the "right wing". This is the lie they have perpetuated since 1917 and used to advance their agenda even when not in power.

Was that tipping point a year into the Four Year Plan, annexation of Austria? Or after the success in toppling the weak Weimar with votes, violence, and outright assassinations? Was there even one definite point?

I'm not sure. There wasn't a set 'oh we're fascists now' announcement.

I think it tied itself to the centralization of power of the NSDAP leadership where they kind of just started getting away with things, got enough power/control and then were magically part of a fascist dictatorship and just kept going.

A mile is made out of very many inches.

Did you actually watch the full video?

TIK has another video explaining the difference between Fascism and NAZI's. Equally well researched with sources provided and probably should be watched first as it is helpful to assist in understanding the central definitions of the debate. This video utilized 105 sources.

It should be noted, that TIK's work is peer reviewed regularly. Feel free to comment on his video's should you feel that you found a hole in his logic or material presented. He is pretty good about responding to legitimate comments and will provide clarification as it is warranted.

The Tea Party aren't extremists by any objective measure, and if there were right wing equivalents to BLM and ANTIFA we'd see many videos from different American cities of those alleged right wing groups committing arson, murder, sex assaults, shootings, stabbings, armed robberies, at the same rates as those by Antifa and BLM.

Do you consider ANY and ALL pushback by normal patriotic Americans against ANTIFA/BLM to be 'right wing extremism' ?

I'm trying to understand your perspective...
