NCPPRC Jan LR Match Results

Talk about kicking off the 2010 season with a bang. We had 48 shooters come out today even with the weather being over cast and cold!

Congrats to Marc Soulie for taking home 1st today with his self built 243win on 2nd relay.

We also had 2 female shooters on our line today. Very good shooting ladies. COF #1 is the hardest one out of the 3 we are running this year.

so across the country, how many other monthly matches with a similar format have a usual turnout of close to 50 shooters?

that was a great match even though i am now <span style="font-style: italic">just</span> a mid-pack shooter

Not bad for an 18" 308. But it looks to me like you're sandbagging a bit to get onto the first relay. Then out comes the 284...

We had a good turn out yesterday of almost 50 shooters. We have a great bunch of guys that actually get out to shoot and compete on a regular basis. These are some pics we took after the match of all the rifles with Nightforce or Premier scopes. We wanted to show them how many of us use their products and thank them for their donations to our prize tables. These two pics must have had a combined total of something like 85K to 100K in rifles.

oh, i'm sure there's WELL over $100k worth of equipment sitting on the ground in those pictures.

Yeah it's about 26 rifles. They range from about 3,000 to as much as 6,000 per rig. I wonder how many other clubs in the country get that much hardware at a monthly match.
