Neck sizing question and preference

Expander Mandrels from Sinclair or Redding Neck Sizing Competition Die with bushing?
What is better and more consistent that's my question here, what gets better SD?

This is what is done with brass so far
Virgin Lapua brass
Necks turned, annealed, pocket holes driller with K&M tool and uniformed. Trimmed down with Giraurd Power case trimmer. Neck sized with Redding neck sizing Comp Die, also full length sized with Redding body die. Brass cleaned with Rebel 17 Rotary Tumbler, SS Media and Lemishine.

Do you guys prefer Neck sizing with bushing die or Expander mandrel from sinclair?

I use a Redding bushing die for consistent neck tension.

I am using a Redding Type S FL die with a bushing.

Don't wet tumbler and see what that does for your SD on fired brass

Keep wet tumbling but use less lemishine so it doesn’t acid etch the brass. Also, add Imperial dry lube to the necks to make bullet release smoother.
