Ok I build an AR with .311 barrel and have 125 grain bullet. does anyone have any data for ARs in 7.62x39. I have tried several loads with no joy so I need something tried and true.

I worked up to 22.5 gr W296/H110 with 180 gr Sierra, and the primer pierced and it bent the Yugo SKS firing pin. I put a Romanian firing pin, with different shape, in as a replacement.
