Gunsmithing Need a 16" mid upper cut to 13.7"+pinned KX3

Any smiths here on the hide willing to cut my 16" mid-length AR upper to 13.7" plus pin on a Noveske KX3 to make a 16.1"OAL? I'm able to get a cheap nib KX3 in a couple of weeks from a buddy and always wanted to try this setup. Smith gets to keep the factory A2 flash hider. I don't have the tools to pull the barrel but I will pull the optic, buis, handgaurds from the upper.
