need a source for QD swivels...less sling loop

Working on a project, and currently using the QD swivels, but taking off the loop and welding to the swivel. I'm hoping that if I buy maybe a hundred or two, it would save me a few bucks. Anyone know who makes these? So far I've only been able to get ahold of resellers and no luck on getting them less loop..

Any help would be great.
