Suppressors Need advice on .223 ammo

I normally shoot 55 grain fmg Russian ammo from http://www.centerfiresystems.com/AM223111-P.aspx
But they are out and have been for several months.
I don't do anything but shoot bunnies and plink at targets with it in a colt AR-15( soon to be suppressed)

What do you think of this 55 grain hp instid http://www.centerfiresystems.com/am223105.aspx
Ore should I go with the 62 grain fmg

I shoot lots of wolf, the more you shoot the more you save.....
Many pople get ammo issued and are forced to shoot that....
What kind of can are you getting, make sure they have good customer service....
