Need an ID on a Bipod

Got this in a trade, was told it was a Harris but there are no markings on it, is this normal for Harris bipods? It also doesn't match any on their website.

looks like a $30 cheap eabco clone.

I concur, it's not a legit Harris bipod.

To provide some further clarification, these are the issues that I saw that led me to my conclusion that it is not a real Harris.

It looks inexpensive. The hex heads in the screws look awful. IF it wasn't inexpensive it should have been. Hope you got some Charmin in the trade.
 
I appreciate the thorough examination. Bad news unfortunately but it's not a total loss because it came on a rifle. If I traded specifically for it I would be a lot more pissed off. Thanks again everyone, specifically Trigger Monkey for that great analysis.
