Need computer advice

Just moved my large screen tv which I operate with a HP hooked up. Every thing seems connected correctly, when I open the icons to check wifi it says Im connected, but it wont connect to any of the sites I use...except this one which I had open when I turned the comp off.

What gives?

Follow up, it wont connect through my phone using mobile hotspot but says connected?

No there seems no issue. I just tried switching from using Opera, my normal browser, to microsoft and everything works. This is weird.

But if I go back to Opera, nothing opens but SH.

Assuming the TV is a "smart" TV, re boot it and/or check the settings on the TV, is it paired up with your HP????
