Gunsmithing Need Gunsmith to install bottom metal

I have a brown precision stock bedded for a winchester model 70 short action with a 243 ai hart barrel. I have just come across a one piece williams floorplate for it and need recomendations for a good gunsmith that could fit the floor plate to my stock.

What needs to be fitted? Is the stock inletted for it?
