Anyone have plans for a box hog trap with a Guillotine style door?

I know it’s not what you are asking but, I’ve used the box style for a long time until I learned about the figure 6 type traps. I sold all of my box traps.

they are easy to build and you will trap multiple hogs vs 1 in box trap.

Definitely you will get better results with a figure 6 (or other variant). I've never heard them called that but they work waaay better than a box.

Just make it sturdy. Really sturdy.

Anyone have plans for a box hog trap with a Guillotine style door?

You will catch more with a falling spring shut door rather than a guillotine door. When one hog goes in, other hogs will push their way in through a spring door when the see the first hog eating something. I've caught so many hogs at once in a box trap with a falling door that I can't imagine how they could even turn around.
