Need help finding tripod attachment

I saw a tripod a while back with some sort of canvas piece that attached to all three legs making a shelf about 6" under the center column. Could have been home made. You could set things like a kestrel or magazine on it. If any one knows where I could find one, please let me know!

Probably home made... but nothing a length of rope and a small cloth shopping bag you can add rocks to won't do.

Tony at Tab Gear made those. Not sure if its a current item or not. May want to check with him though.

I use a 5 pound bag of rice. Has handles on it and works nicely. About $3.
