Rifle Scopes Need Help identifying a scope base!

Looks like a badger made product and weighs the same (4.8oz) it's steel. I would just expect to see a P/N on it. Anyone know who made this?

That is a Badger 20 MOA base. It was specially marked for a 2003 Sniper Country rifle build, the Sniper Country Limited Edition (SCLE) GAP rifles. George and crew built 50 of these rifles for the Sniper Country folks. They were Rem 700 actions, Rock 24" 1-11.25" barrels, McMillan M40A1 stocks in Italian camo, and Badger bases, bottom metal and bolt knobs.
