I recently acquired a picatinny rail mount for m14/m1a with the following markings nsn5855-01-506-5730 u.s. property. can anyone tell me who manufactured this mount? will try to get pics up later.

Can you doublecheck the NSN and make sure it's not 5855-01-506-5750. That would be a Smith Enterprise mount.
