Need help on barrel contour!

I'm gathering parts for my next build. It'll be a shorty suppressed hunting rifle for deer. Looking at 16-18". Having a hard time deciding on the barrel contour as I want to keep it light. Looking at Bartlein #3 Heavy Sporter, or #3B Lt Bull Sporter. Mark at Short Action Customs recommends around .730 OD for threading. Problem is no one can tell me what the diameter will be when cut to length. Anybody have these contours that can give me a measurment? Any pics of these contours on a finished rifle? Thanks

a #3 contour would be 0.75" OD at 18"

(0.87-0.67) / (26-6) = 0.01" per 1"

So cut off 8" to 18" total..... 8*0.01+0.67=0.75"

We can make basically what ever contour you want. You just have to tell us what you want!!! Get together with Mark at SAC and decide on what you need. Then place the order for the barrel etc...
