Gunsmithing Need help on Remy 600

Helping a friend on his Remy 600, can somebody tell me how to remove the bolt on a Model 600. It doesn't have a bolt release on the side, nor does pulling the trigger releases the bolt. Any help will be greatly appreciated. Thanks.
