Good Afternoon Everyone. I hope you are all doing well. I need some help and suggestions deciding on my first LPVO. The top three LPVO's that have my attention at the moment are the new Vortex Razor Gen III 1-10, Nightforce AtacR 1-8, and the Leupold MK6 1-6. I only have experience on FFP optics from my Long Range rifles and naturally I am more drawn towards this focal plane due to familiarity and knowing i can run it fast up close on 1x but still use it at any magnification setting at distance using holds. I am open to SFP suggestions and input as that will be an all new realm for me. Im looking for the usual things, reliability, durability, and clarity. As for the platform, this will be going on a 14.5 rifle that will be used for close up and out to mid range (10yrs-350yrds). As always I greatly appreciate everyones input and experiences. I hope I put enough information in here for a starting point but please feel free to ask for more clarity if it helps with your suggestions or input. In addition, I've noticed a trend of using higher mounts for close up work. Please feel free to leave your experiences and thoughts on some of the most versatile mount heights. Thank you all again.
