Need Help Selecting long range hunting rifle

Will be hunting elk, caribou, sheep and african plains game and need something to reach out 400-500yds with an appropriate amount of practice with the rifle.

the list has been boiled down to the following:

.300 win mag
.300 weatherby mag
.338 win mag

I already have a S&B precision hunter in 4-16 x 50 mill dot to mount on the rifle selected.

i'd go with one of the .300s for what you have listed. just pick a bullet that's up to the task.
