Need Help with Ultimatum Deadline Action Bolt

I was braking in the barrel today and some how I cocked the bolt before I got it all the way into the receiver. How do I get where I can get it back in the receiver?

I do that sometimes. I remember having to push the notches down on the edge of the table and twisting the bolt to rest it. Sorry, I don't know the proper terms for the bolt parts. I forget which direction I spun it to reset.
