Maggie’s Need Help with Zelle

Need a walkthrough for Zelle.
Just signed up yesterday, placed an order and am ready to go.
The ‘Complete your order’ opens and I see this:
“Zelle Transaction/Payment ID”

What is that? I entered the order # I was given and it doesn’t work.
I could use some direction.
Here’s a pic of the page I need to fill out.

I use Zelle thru my bank ( Chase ). I've never seen anything like your screen shot or a Zelle fee.

I select Pay bills / Send money with Zelle. "Add new recipient", enter the persons name, enter the Email address they use for their bank account and save. You do this once and that person or business is on your recipient list unless you delete them.

From your list of recipients select pay to the right of their name, at the next screen enter the amount and follow the prompts from there. The person you are sending the funds to can send a request for funds using Zelle if they have your Name and Email.

Edit - I've added screen shots of how it looks at my bank. I did remove Email information and some names

Looks like I need to send a message to the seller and ask them what that screen is since it’s on their page.

You need an email or phone number thats linked to their account...

Think PayPal, but could also be a phone number and it's faster with less horseshit, for now.

Go through your banks app, it should be there. Also, unless you know the person well I would not use zelle
