Rifle Scopes Need ideas or leads for an optic mount adaptor

Hello all, I have a night vision scope that I want to be able to mount onto my A3 flat top upper. The optic has an integral mount that utilizes a .22 size rail mount. I need to find something to adapt this to a standard size picatinny rail. Any help or leads are much appreciated!
