Need info on Rifles Inc Utah guns.....

I'm looking at buying a nice custom built M700 in 375H&H from a friend - he's had it for years and marked on it is "Rifles Inc. Utah". It's stainless, nice custom fiberglass stock and has a muzzle break that looks very custom also.

Does anyone know if this is the same company as the current Rifles Inc. in Texas?

If or if not, anyone have experience with that rifle company? Thoughts? Estimated values?

Yes Lex used to build rifles in Utah before he moved back to TX.
