Need load info for .338 Win Mag

I am using hornady 225gr SST, Win brass, CCI large rifle primers(non magnum) and H4350 powder. Hogdons site recommends a charge weight of between 63 and 69.5gr, My reloading manual recommends 71 to 75gr. Thats a big difference, who's info do I use???? The Hogdon site does not state if the primer used is magnum or not. My manual denotes a magnum primer is used with its load data. Should I use a magnum primer? I had been told I would have better results with this caliber without the mag primer.

I was useing more than that with 225 Accubonds. You should be fine with the higher loads. Just work up.

I think I'm going to go with the info on Hodgdon's site. I am going to use mag primers and start off probably around 67.5gr and work up in .5gr increments. I was just curious why there would be such a large difference in information from one source to another.
