Rifle Scopes Need quick Weaver Grand Slam Tactical scope help!

I hate to have to do this, but I'm currently at the rang by myself and am having some trouble sighting in a new scope. I have a new Weaver GST 3X10 mounted on my Rem 700 AAC-SD, sitting on a .20 MOA rail. I started out at 25 yards and bullseye. I moved out to 50 and bullseye. I'm now at 100 yards and it's shooting 8" high. I'm bottomed out on elevation, what the hell am i missing? I'm hqving a total brainfart!!!

Is it possible to install the rail backwards on a Remington?

I don't think so, but it's on right for sure. What am I missing?

Do I need a .0 MOA rail? Doesn't make sense though, It's right on at 25 and 50 yards!
