i recentley purchased some Hornady .224 75gr BTHP bullets. The first batch of 600 I purchased was purchased new from powder valley and the second batch of 600 was purchased from an individual. I have weighed both of them and they are the same. But when I neasure the length and the ogive they are different. The measurements are as follows:
Bullets from powder valley
Ogive .587 Total bullet length ..994
Bullets from individual
Ogive .566 Total bullet length .964
I am assuming the bullets purchased from the individual are an older bullet. Can someone please shed some light on this and maybe some information.
