Rifle Scopes Need torque in/lb for Badger AR riser screws?

Anyone know how many inch pounds of torque the screws on a Badger AR riser rail need? The 4 screws that secure the riser to the receiver. Not listed on Badger's web site.

According to Badger, it is 18-20 in/lbs. if anyone is interested.

I just received one from Badger, and it has 20-25 in/lbs on the enclosed label.
