NeoLube or something else when seating bullets (338 Lapua)

It's really good. I use it before the mandrel step and also before bullet seating. Easy, quick, no mess, makes everything slide flawlessly. Using Neolube is one of the best tips I ever followed.
I recently did some tests with Neolube on .338LM cases on an AMP Press and saw a significant reduction in seating force variation. However I haven’t been able to get out to test them for velocity variation, but based on past experience with lowSD seating there should be some improvement.
Good idea, @rustyinbend I’ve been using Imperial Dry Lube prior to mandrel but if you’re going to use neolube anyway, why not during sizing?

I've been doing some testing on my AMP Press as well, trying to determine if there's enough residual Neolube left over from the mandrel step, to seat without it being applied again. I've determined that there is a seating force improvement (both lbs and variation) with the second Neolube application just prior to charge/seating step, primarily because after chamfer and debur, I have a brush step for the neck that significantly reduces the residual Neolube left over. It only takes a couple of minutes to use my little q-tip doo-hickeys to relube the neck, so I'll keep both lube steps in place. BTW ... I can lube 50-ish cases in just a few minutes, and the Neolube dries completely in just a minute or two. WAY easier than the dry-graphite lube and much less mess, with no graphite on the outside of the case neck (a big plus).
