New ACE Pursuit and Cross Canyon rifles by Wolf Precision, inc.

Hi all,
Just wanted to post up some pictures of some projects we just finished. This is our line of hunting rifles. Our goal was accuracy first but keep weight within reason, under 8lbs. The Pursuit came in at 7 pounds 13oz. It features our new Bat Action, McMIllan Game Warder (fully adjustable, carbon, ACE system with proprietary 18.5" Proof Barrel and trigger tech trigger.

The second rifle is our Cross Canyon - 22" proof and Carbon McMillan A3 at 8 pounds 4oz

Here are both rifles. Below are the first groups through the rifles with factory ammo.

How much weight does the ACE system add? (Say compared to a traditionally chambered proof sendero light)

Also, does it make a barrel blank effectively longer (gaining back the chamber depth)? I.E. if I’m running a 22” barrel on a short action (say the 6.5 CM) and switch to this system should my next barrel be a 20” or 22” to be the most similar.

Thanks for the questions. It is a 338 heavy Sendero Contour. It adds a couple ounces but makes for really stiff and accurate barrels We had to work with proof for a couple years to get them to do it. When we figure a barrel length we include the addition of the ACE. That is pretty observant...

You can now but all the parts and build the rifle yourself. We are also offering building classes. If you would like to attend, love to have you.
