Gunsmithing new browning A bolt with 8-40 scope base holes

my nephew just bought a new syn stocked browning A bolt that is factory drilled and tapped for 8-40 scews. I did some checking on the web and understand this is new for this model but I cant find a base that is already setup for 8-40 scews can anyone help on finding a base? I realize my other option is to recounter bore or turn the heads down I was just curious and save a little work if anyone has heard if any company was making one for it yet.

Just punch out the holes in any base with a #19 drill and use Leupold ring screws. The heads are the same dia. Or........ wait 'til someone makes them.
