Getting stuff sold, freeing up finds for a new build. Hunting rig!!! Wanting to use a tikka t3 action. When it comes to long range rigs that cover most everything 7mm mag is what I'd like to build. But with a tikka bottom metal in long action there are very few options. But was thinking what about 7mm WSM. That would make my bottom metal options huge and possibly lighten things up. I'm not going to find 7mm WSM on Walmart shelf in some west state, yea I get that. Question is are there still enough brass around for WSM build. Is one of these better than the other. Looking to get a manners stock and keep rig as light as possible. Then add mercury recoil reduction to stock. I'm done fooling with ear plugs while hunting cause of breaks that wake the dead. Any help or fore thought would be great. Hoping to use Chad Dixion on this build. Waiting for a tikka accurizing group buy, hint, hint... Lol but feel free to blast away with some does, don't ...
