I heard that Cadex is coming out with a new comp tube that has MLok slots. Would that tube also have the accommodations on the top to keep that full length rail if coming from a dual/lite strike setrup?

The new chassis are indeed MLOK. As you suggest, @thaflash_la , you can add picitinny rails pretty easily, but I would not call it the same as the rail on the Strike series. There is also an Arca rail for the underbelly. I think this will give some options to the Lite Comp that were a little more difficult to achieve in the past.
Ah ok, so you can’t really get that full length seamless top rail, pretty much like how the lite comp tube is now... I might still need one, but maybe not as high of a priority.
