Did I have my head under a rock recently, or did Defiance just release a new action this week with no fanfare?
I've been on their website several times in the past week, but I just saw it when I navigated to their homepage again today.

Looks like it'll retail for $885 to compete with the Nucleus and the Origin. It'll have Rem 700 threading for barrels, and medium action only (Rem 700 SA) with .308 bolt face. Available in right hand only according to the site, but it comes with a 30 MOA rail and a double pinned recoil lug.
Looks basically like a stripped down Defiance action without the bells and whistles, but should have their same quality at a competitive price. Anyone else have thoughts?
