Suppressors New follow up question

Thanks guys for your reply to my first question. I have been reloading for about 40+ years but not for ARs. I having a JP adjustable gas block put on to my Armalite AR10. My question:: Do I try to find my accuracy load first or do I try to adjust the block first ?? I thought I'd just use a box of factory loads to set the block first with the suppressor and then try working up a load but I'M not sure if that's the way to go.
