Hi, Brendan here from South Africa. Been reading all the great information on this website while waiting on my license for Remington 700 30-06. Primarily for hunting but hoping to get into long range as a hobby!
Welcome! the 30-06 round is a heck of a round. that'll take care of you bassically all game in north america...I'm not sure what you could and couldnt take in south africa with it though haha.
