Hey everyone. I'm a former Marine who loves to shoot and looking to start shooting some comps. Looking forward to gaining some valuable insights from the Hide.

Welcome to the Hide Marine. There are a lot of CO shooters here in the area and several good places to shoot...Pawnee grasslands are near you in Windsor. Then there's the Colorado Rifle Club (CRC) out east of Denver, a 1k yd range near Ft. Carson in the Springs, and a 1k+ steel range that's free in Buena Vista. Check out the thread in the Members' Link Up section on Colorado. There are usually several people willing to get out and shoot with other members. Are you new to the area, or just the Hide?

Thanks for the great info. That range in Buena Vista looks pretty cool but its a hike from Windsor. Maybe I'll have to load up the camper and check it out. Its always fun to meet new people to shoot with. I am a Colorado native but new to the hide.
