Especially love the Shell station right off 80, they are always be 30 cents higher then everyone else. That McDonald's is a special kind of stupid too.

I see Rawlins is working as planned, that is our state decoy, a scarecrow if you will, it keeps people from figuring out what is north of I-80. Evanston, Rocksprings, Rawlins, and the wind are to keep the riff-raff out.

Lived in Rawlins several times. Starting in the late 50s last time early 80s. One of the few towns that small to always have a cat house. Willy's burned down around 1980 as I recall. Some good roughnecking back then as well.

I tell all the millennials from California in my company how nice Cheyenne is and how it's only an hour north of their Mecca the bay area of the Rockies and how much cheaper their rent would be by relocating to Cheyenne and telecommuting into Denver. If they need to go into work, Denver is just a California freeway half-hour jump from Cheyenne its obviously a no brainier ?
