Rifle Scopes New IOR 2.5-10x42 Tactical Scope questions

Has anyone shot with this scope?
Also there are two weights listed for this scope. 18oz at swfa and 21oz at liberty. Which is it?

I just got one and it seems great so far. It is 21 ounces, great glass, great clicks and repeatability at 100 yd was spot on. The eye relief was gtg as well. At 2.5 I have no problems with the reticle, the only problem I can find is the illum on mine needs 8 power to show up and after that a red circle forms around the sight pic. Scott has said to send it back if I like but its still huntn time here so thats gotta wait.

Tag for more info. I've got one of the old ones, and I think it's one of the best offerings in that power range. My only complaint is the illumination is too bright (just like every other IOR I've seen). So I'm hoping to hear good things about the new one, because I could use another.

They fixed the illum problem, but now its just the opposite suited well for NV not so much for adjustment use. 8 is on the only power I can see suited for hunting at the wee light hours.

Corrected,,,I just upon typing this, pulled the battery out and rotated the rheostat around then reinserted battery..

Viola..who knows but the dot now shows down to one power..To be fair I think it may have been my fault the whole time, who knows.
