Hunting & Fishing New Mexico antelope unit 40

Does anyone know about the antelope population S.E of Tucumcari on 278. We bought 3 permits on private land and have 2 days to hunt. We are basically going into this blind and only know what the landowner has told us, but fortunately we have 15,00 acres to hunt on.
