Anyone live here of have experience here? I've been offered a free mulie hunt but I would have to cancel plans for another scheduled hunt. Interested in any insight. We'll be just to the southwest of Encino.

Just noticed your post from back in November, not sure if you're still looking for info. I've coyote hunted in NM GMU-38 but it didn't strike me as good mule deer country. Plenty of antelope out there but not much cover for deer. Was this a private land hunt being offered as free?
