Yeah I haven't been down that way in a while. I used to shoot at an archery range in Roanoke. I haven't shot a bow in years though.
Who? I just joined today and never have been on here before.
I drive through Frisco twice a day. I live a few towns south of the Red River.

Technically I figure Frisco is a few towns south but it sounds like you are in Gunter? I used to drive through there on the way to Ray Roberts or Hagerman.
North of Gunter and east and I also fish at Hagerman NWR. There is a short bridge over the backwater and wetlands at the southern most part, near the ranger station. I usually fish from there. Sometimes, the creek at that little bridge near the west end. Once or twice on the pads.
A guy from my town many, many years ago, caught the state record catfish from exactly where I fish on that bridge. The rangers came out to help weigh it because they have big scales. It got sent to an aquarium in Athens where it lasted about a year.
