Here are some pics of the new Pierce Engineering multiflat action. This is the first one built in an AICS chasis. This is a drop in action to the chasis and requires no mods to the chasis. This action is all one piece machined except for the bolt handle. John also makes his own bolts. We spec'd out a 243 using DTAC bullets and had the reamer made to the bullet. This also uses a 5C Broughton 7.5tw barrel. The rifle shown weighs 18 pounds.

I took the rifle to the range this mourning and shot some groups for breakin and was very pleased with the results. I will post the group shots later un cropped. This rifle has a machined 0 moa base due to it was one of the first ones made they now come standard with 20 moa. Manipulating the action during shooting was very smooth and and the rifle had zero issues for feeding and extracting.

    Here are a few pics.

After recieving this rifle and seeing the prelimanary performance I really think this rifle will work for this years shooting events.

This one is zero all new actions are 20moa. Its a 243 only 7.3 mils to 1000 no need for 20 moa.

I've definitely noticed that since subscribing to the online training.

I've been thinking about going with this from AZ Precision.

John offers the smaller bolt knob like the picture above. I tried the smaller one and it just didnt feel right. The new actions have a solid pic rail, they can be made to accept AW mags and the 20 moa rail is lower. Although the sight height for this action is perfect for me.

Looks good. Bolt knob is way to big for me though.... Bolt handle also seems a little scrawny. Id beef that up since its one of the most manipulated parts of the rifle.
