Range Report New production Federal 90 grain 224V performance?

I noticed 224V 90 gr FGMM has become available again at places like Target Sports USA. Any idea if this is new production stuff? And if so how has it been performing ?

No personal trials with the new thicker jacketed 90gr SMK... but I am also interested in anyones results with the thicker jacketed 90gr SMK.
