Smokeless powder & muzzle loader powder is listed with black powder now.

My understandings is these items have already been on the list, they only added the specific term 'black powder substitutes' as a catchall for those not in the know if the more scientific terms given to things like pyrodex, etc.

Smokeless powder had been on that list for a while as well as pyrodex type products. The merely added a new descriptive word for what was already on the list. Redundancy.
