I actually bought this rifle a month ago, but I was waiting on a couple of parts. Finally got it all together yesterday. Can't wait to take this one out this weekend! And if you're wondering, the A2 flash hider is my cheap thread protector...

Sweet, man! I have the same model only with Nikon Monarch 4-16x42 on a Murphy Presicion 20MOA base. It's incredible how Savage makes such accurate rigs on a mass scale...Sure, there is always something to improve but that is why some of us go the custom route, eh? lol.
