how much should i torque down my scope SWFA SS 10X 30mm tube just wanted to know whats the correct for best accuracy

Ring caps- 15-20 in/lbs, I use 20
Rings to base- usually 55-65 in/lbs depending on manufacturer
Base to rifle- usually 20-30 in/lbs

Before you do anything...check with the mfg of your base/rings/etc. and see what is specifically recommend for use on their products. Most offer some guidance with their products and the torque range can vary somewhat depending on the materials used in construction, the screws, etc., etc.
