get a decent stock or glass bed and reinforce this one.
It will shoot MOA or better, you can wear out the barrel, get a new one (do it yourself install from Brownells), an even better stock and some good glass. You won't have "the name" but it will drive tacks and you can buy a lot of ammo with the $ you'll save.
Where the idea that "tactical" rifles need wheels came from is a mystery. My reworked Marlin XL 270 will put 3 in a bughole. (just how many times are you gonna shoot Jabazz?) <$800 total!
