New to long range reloading

I hate to get on here and ask a bunch of dumb questions. I've been reloading for a few years now. But I was talking to a guy on another page and he was talking about some other things I've never heard of. I use a rcbs rock chucker press but what is the real difference beside making sure everything is exact
