How many MOA of elevation and windage do these have?

The info said the turrets "pop-up" to re-zero, so are they tool-less or do you have to loosen a screw to reset them?

68 MOA on both W & E on both 44 and 50mm.

Yes, tool-less. You simply pull them up against spring pressure.
