Just got this and I absolutely love it. Just wanted to share some pics. In some pics you will notice I like to use the high cap mag without the grip adapter on it though. It's just my personal preference. The less bulk the better. Hope you enjoy. I know this isn't a rare gun or anything but I love sharing my new firearms. So to be fare to everyone why doesn't everyone post some pics of the carry handguns/pistols. Thanks.

11+1 with small mag and 16+1 with full size mag. Very impressive for a .40 cal if you ask me. Thanks for the complement btw. Do you have any pics of your carry?

Nice... I'm a glock guy overall, but I have an XD40 and I love that gun. I'm most accurate with the XD, although I carry my G23 due to little smaller size. Love the XDM's. Friend of mine bought that same gun yesterday and I got to get my hands on it a little!

I have an XD 40, it was the first handgun that I ever purchased brand new. It has been a great gun.. No complaints after several thousand rounds.

Just got back from the range all day. I got ask to supervise a private rage for a party and let me tell you there we a lot of sweet guns out there but that was off topic. I just fired both my M&P 40 pro and XDM 40 compact. LOVE IT!!!!!! BTW. XDM 3.8 compact is smaller than g23 but is heavier. I actually was torn between the two but I like the look of the xdm better and I want those 3 extra mags.

Just my opini0ns though.

Its funny in all the years I've shot on and off and no pro but I've fire some big and rare guns all across the board but I had never fired a 40 until both of mine today. It's so much different that a 9mm or 45 ACP. It's got a weird bite to it but I'm getting some one on one training from a friend who shoots Glock competition so I should improve quite a bit.

Nice. ^ . Truth be told as much as I like my xdm compact I'm probably going to get a g23 some time today. It's just lighter but a bit longer as far as grip and barrel go. Honestly though I really want the Taurus 740 slim. That is the most affordable/powerful/safest/slimest/lightest carry IMO.

Well after shooting my xdm compact I realized more than before that I really want one of those pearce gip extensions for my pinky. They are all sold out though. It makes the gun look really good as well.

So just got my G23 and love it as expected. Dying to shoot this sunday. My dad just picked up his carry gun today, a Ruger SR40c.
